How do you remove the silver Blockbuster Video "VOID" checker patterns?

NinSEGA:

I just removed a Blockbuster Video sticker from a Pocky & Rocky 2 cart that I just bought off of a friend. It's in fairly immaculate condition (especially for what used to be a rental game), but when I removed the sticker, it left behind a bunch of silver VOIDs. Don't worry though, it was on the back side. Here's a picture of it-

So what is the best method to removing this crap?

Dr.Agon:

last time i hade one of those i used some old aftershave, worked a treat!
IPA should do it, 80% maybe
talk to wiggy, he's the expert!

wiggy:

Bestine. Removes goo with almost no effort and is very kind to the labels themselves. It's the best of both worlds. Almost too good to be true :)

It ain't cheap though :(

Ozzy_98:

goo gone gel is good, as long as you keep it away from the label you want to keep.  Or if worse comes to worse, away from the edges of the label, since most labels have a clear cover to protect them.
