Heh, I used to purchase from this place all the time, until they shipped me a badly damaged re-shrinkwrapped used game and tried to say it was factory sealed brand new game (their store policy states they ONLY sell brand new factory shrinkwrapped games). When I contacted them they said they'd replace with a new one and sent me another badly damaged used game that'd been re-sealed. It seems they bought a whole batch from somewhere other than the manufacturer and didn't inspect the games at all. Their customer service can barely type/understand english and are very disorganized; on top of the fact that you cannot get anyone to talk to over the phone (automated service) and must communicate strictly via email. I was told by one CS agent that their manager gave them the go ahead to allow me to return one copy and keep the other, and they'd refund me the full price upon receiving of the first one back. It then took them almost a month to refund me after they received the game back all the while having to argue with them to honor their word. It took tons of emails going back and forth with their disorganized and incompetent staff just to get my money back as promised and was an exhausting process. I've sworn off of them ever since then.
Their CS dept. is a mess. They buy from resellers and their QA can be shady when it comes to keeping to their promise of only selling brand new factory shrinkwrapped games. And they've been caught price gouging on games before and have had to lower prices due to bad publicity over at cheapassgamer.com. Don't let their nice looking site fool you, they are a migraine waiting to happen...
