But which logo belongs to the bottom of the spine? Camerica or Codemasters? Choose one, remove other.

Both belong on it i have the box

Yep, both logo goes on the spine but I think what he ment was that code master logo, game name, camerica logo and tcp nintendo custom logo is too much for the spine. Pick one and take out the other one.

But if you are planning on making a retail spine like the one you have posted right now in that scan you must leave both logo and name of Game and eliminate the tcp nintendo custom logo. Making an exact replica of the original one ;)

Exactly, custom cases have only one logo on spine.
Retail have both and lack the TCP logo.

Better yes...

You could get better screenshots from emulator or with google search.
They wil probably not match but would look nicer.

What in the hell happened to the firehawk front?

I spent a little time with the same raw image, and came up with this:


it's still shit, but not quite so shit.

You mentioned above that you have the box for it - cant you scan it in for us?
