Sorry fishy, but that is really, really, really bad.

I am a firm believer that you can't polish shit, so that source material is not worth putting too much work in to, but did you make ANY attempt with it?  Even turning the spine the right way round might have been a start.

Maybe re type some of the text.  Replace some logos...... There are some real easy things you could do to make it not quite so horrible.

Not trying to be an asshole here, but seriously, that made my eyes bleed.  A lot.

I'd say that t he raws where so horrible that I would not waste any time typing the texts or changing the logos... It's just not worth the effort.
Just wait for better material.

Agree though that the spine should be inverted and cleaned.
Turn the spine title around.
But which logo belongs to the bottom of the spine? Camerica or Codemasters? Choose one, remove other.
I think Camerica is the correct.
Anyhow, which ever logo use use needs to be turned 90 degrees clockwise.

i know it's not the best scan, but i agree with sheep, some rewriting and clinning (there's a lot of purple area that you can paint as you did on spine) should do the trick fro a place holder ;)

I would still say not worth it.
