So I have roughly 15 or so Sega Game Gear games that I want to case and print covers for, I'm just not sure how to do it. I see there's some covers already made for ds cases but I want to avoid modding cases if it's possible. Any suggestions?

3ds cases?  You'll need to find a way of them not rattling around though.  Or cassette cases.

Ive considered cassette cases, but I would have to make the covers for those and I just don't have the skills to make them on my own.

If you can get hold of the European sized ds cases then the mod is quite simple...

EDIT: some quick pics
This is the notch I had to cut into the DS slot so games would fit;

This is a game in place, they sit quite happily in the manual clips;

I prefer UGC for Game Gear so the manuals will fit

mine fit inside dvd cases fairly well.
Maybe a dvd template could be made that is just an outer shell you can drop the ds style covers into the middle of.
the ugc style ones will work, but the spines will be a little off

I'll look into the DVD covers or UGC. The euro style ds cases are an interesting idea, but I'm from the U.S. so those may be difficult to pick up. Thanks for the input guys

And how different in dimensions are PSP or PS Vita cases with original Game Gear box, I know it has to be mod but maybe is an easier and similar way to case the GG games and manuals

i think the games would be too fat to fit, especially vita cases
