OK, so you're looking for Horizontal cover.
I didn't find that but it might be still have been done.
I just rarely save Horizontal covers as I use the Verticals so I'm not sure.
I'll keep my eyes open.

I really thought I had scanned my box for the game, but it seems I haven't.
I'll do it now, manual also (or manuals is I find my multilingual PAL one (least I think I have one)).

I might still have those P&R2 scans that Lame Case World had up forever ago. Lemme check...
