I've looked at a lot of that sellers' items recently because I'm always looking for manuals to complete my games.  Most of his prices are ridiculous - sometimes his asking price for a manual is more than a complete copy of the game costs.  Plus, most of them state that the original staples have been removed.  He must have got them from a former rental store that took the manuals apart to make copies.
Rx_79:
I would bet that all the ones he states have staples removed are cut in this fashion.

Sellers should not sell damaged stuff at mint prices.

Went to a peddlers mall on a whim...

Holy Crap!

Pokemon Fire Red, $3.99
(Not Pictured) Atomic Purple N64 Controller with a perfect analog stick, $5.99
The big win was the Action Replay AND Action Replay MAX for Gamecube!!! For 3.99 EACH!!!

The two AR's are earlier versions that you can input the codes and I think only the max uses any memory card in slot B!

Wow, one of my best finds in the wild!

Rx_79:
Got a response from the seller.

Seller's message:
"Hello, We are sorry to hear you are having an issue with the item you purchased. The item that was sent is the exact same item that is pictured. "You will receive exactly what is pictured, exactly as it is pictured." If we had sent an item in any other condition, it would not be the item that is pictured. Were you hoping to receive an item that was not pictured?"

Oh how the clowning continues

Does this person really own a video game store?
Arseen:
Tell them that there was no mention anywhere that the pages were cut and it was impossible to tell from the picture.

If they still give shit just open faulty item case and tell ebay that the seller gives stupid excuses and you want you money back.
