RPG Help.

Mick Dundee:
I like collecting RPG games. I however like many other people in the forums have issues with space.  I would like to whittle down my collection some more.

The style RPGs I want to keep are:

Turn Based (Old School Final Fantasy, Earthbound, Persona)
Tactical Turn Based (Tactics Ogre, Disgaea )
Action RPG (Fable, Darksiders, Monster Hunter, YS)
Real Time (Tales of Symphonia, Star Ocean)

I dislike games where you are timed, RPGs that are first person that move "block by block" (Arcana)

Also cant stand Card battle RPG games...bye bye (Baten Kaitos and Lost Kingdoms)

I have the Ar Tonelico series and the Atelier series (PS2 & 3) but am not sure if its something I'll like or just to get rid of it.....I feel like I should get rid of them though.

I got rid of Pokemon, I prefer to meet characters that you grow to like or hate and equip items/weapons/accessories.
I will be getting rid of Spectrobes, Robopon, D&D: EotB, Fossil Fighters, Advance Wars, Monster Lab, Neopets and a few more I will eventually see and decide to trade in.
Im also going to trade in my .Hack series (all 7) because the whole fake Online thing just got boring.

At one point I said to myself that Id like to own all the RPG games for all the systems....I look at what I have amassed and know I dont even like a good chunk of them.

For the TG16\DUO one RPG I liked (Besides Ys of course) was Dragon Slayer.  A bit unbalanced though if you add all your points into STR off the bat, you gain attack damage and more life, allowing you to plow through monsters and level faster. Cosmic Fantasy was ok for the time, but combat was pretty dull by most RPG standards. Arc the Lad and the Lunar games always good too.

Not a big RPG but but Illusion of Gaia (SNES) and Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii) are good.

Anytime I decide to slow down my game collecting I always tend to find myself buying more... So it's hard for me to fathom to get rid of some of my collection.

If there are games I don't like so much, I just pack them away.
