Does the kind of paper matter?
Aganar:
I'm trying to print some inserts, but am running into trouble finding the right paper. I bought some normal, legal-sized paper for the project, but I think the paper absorbs too much ink--it bent a bit. However, I checked some local stores and nowhere carries legal-sized glossy paper, which is what I assume I should be using for the best quality paper. It seems even the places that might don't make legal-sized glossy paper that works for an inkjet printer!
What should I do?
tiktektak:
I always use A4 photo glossy paper with 210 or 240 g/m²

I actually went to a store and had them specially cut some legal-sized glossy for me. They look so much better than the regular paper!
I'm glad I waited for the glossy on some of my cases--games like Fire Emblem, Aria of Sorrow, and Super Robot Taisen deserve high-quality covers.

Hello,
I printed off some covers using standard copy paper, and while I think they look okay, I have tried to rationalize using it instead of re-printing the covers and looking for some glossy paper. I'm just curious if anyone happens to purchase glossy paper online, and could provide a link. I assume the glossy photo paper would be too stiff and create visible creases if bent, so I am guessing that there is some other type of glossy paper. Any help would be great...thanks to anyone who could help!

A major problem that I have is that whenever I print covers, the colors are all faded and washed out. Will glossy paper help this? Also, where would be a good place to get it on the cheap?
