I'm the wrong person for your project. There are others on this site that enjoy making covers for re-pro cartridges or custom games.

Or, I'd urge you to try it yourself. There are online instructions for making your own covers.

Thanks for the link segamer. It actually isn't a repro cart, though. It's an sfc cart, but I figured it'd match with the snes stylized cases I have for Mega Man and Bass and Super Back to the Future II. Thanks again for the link and the video tutorials you've posted.

Can someone makes World Heroes horizontal?

I don't personally do horizontal covers for SNES. However, The Cover Project doesn't have a scan of World Heroes for the Super Nintendo to do a horizontal. Not that I know of... Maybe Arseen knows.
