Agreed, but I think we should have something vs nothing. Just my thought.
But that leads us down the dangerous "good-enough" -path, which leads to continuously deterioration quality.
I mean.
Let's say we get 98% quality cover, but what the heck that's close to 100, so it gets approved.
Then we get 97% cover. well it's only 1 point lower.
Then 95% cover... well only 2 points lower than previous.
Soon we have sub-90% covers getting approved as they are only minorly worse than 92%, which is only bit lower than 94%...
and so the downhill starts...
