Ok I cut the text out and cleaned it... https://app.box.com/s/ff6nonenv2m93lkjqdv2x38gjn454np7 Always seem to struggle cutting text, I seem to get jagged edges and I don't know a great method of smoothing it out yet without doing it by hand. Any tips photoshop pros? Also if this cover could be checked please? I usually just extract text the same way I do logo's in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_jiToSlu50&feature=youtu.be Sometimes you can just clean up the black around the text and simply brighten the text. It really depends on the scan quality. Ultimately, I like working on images scanned at 1200 dpi now. This method works better at higher resolutions. |
