Anyone offering pre-printed covers?

What always boggles my mind is people will spend tens of hours making a cover, then print it on cheap stock from a shitty $40 inkjet. Some decent paper and a $150 printer is all you need to print your own stuff and it's hardly breaking the bank.
I'm using a MG6150 at the moment. Nothing too fancy but the results are fantastic.

Couldn't agree more. Its the same logic as someone with a $30,000 car parked outside of a trailer. People generally want the instant gratifications and cheap printers do that.
I know my printer is inferior so i get everything printed at the printshop.

Well it depends on the brand too. I'm basing most all my judgement on my printshop class in college. We printed a whole bunch of things on all sorts of quality printers and examined them side by side. Some of the inkjets really muddied things up when you get on the lower end of things.

my inkjet does crap on normal paper but on photopaper or those printable CD/DVD's it's like DAMN this looks good

100% agreed. You can get a really decent inkjet printer for a really good price if you hunt around on eBay. In fact, we bought a 2nd Canon ip4300 for $50 on eBay a few weeks back. Great printer. Ink is reasonably priced and it's a really durable machine. I've had my other one for about 6 years and it's easily printed 1,000+ pages. Just avoid cheap aftermarket ink, like you should do with ANY inkjet printer.
