Well, this one is more "legit" than my AWDS promo. It's just a video of the first TP trailer screened at E3 2005 when the game was given it's official title "Twilight Princess". The cart was given as gifts to attendees, and doesn't say "NOT FOR RESALE", so I assume reselling is perfectly fine (as if that stopped anyone anyway).
They were mega popular on ebay about 2 years ago when they first came out, but have petered off. You can still find them on ebay but much more rarely. They went for about $100+ back then but expect it to be $150+ now. Sorry I don't have another, but if you're attentive, you'll probably find one on ebay sooner or later. Mine was actually from someone who claims to have been at the event. If that's true, pretty impressive.
--- Quote ---Dan, I didn't check but if I had to guess the dpi is correct. However, your scan looks dotted.

ah, okay. Its with a new scanner so I'm not sure how to use it completely yet, I'll try again later. I have some other games that I think aren't on the site yet, I'll get on it once I figure out how to use my scanner. Doom, think you'll take on the challenge of this cover? That'd be awesome, I'd appreciate it ;D

1) O RLY? I thought it was like a DS Download Station and someone got the cart after the event. But what you say makes more sense.
2)Probably.
Dan:
okay, I descreened and cranked it up to 600dpi. Looks like it lost a little size in uploading, but I hope it still works.
Also scanned the inside of the sleeve and the label for completion's sake. The logo and "Preview Trailer" on the label I think would look much better on the spine than the bland letters on the envelope spine, so if you do do this one, could you keep that in mind?
cheers and thanks Doom if you end up doing it!

Hi all, sorry to sound dumb, but why is the TP demo on DS? Was it even released on DS?

nah, that's not really a dumb question. TP was never released on the DS, only this somewhat scaled down quality trailer for TP was given out on DS cartrages as a sort of industry advertisement/giveaway. As for why this trailer was on a DS cart? Who knows. It's kind of strange, but in a way Nintendo was killing two birds with one stone - advertising TP and the DS at the same time.
So Doom, any progress? Also, I had a question about removing raws. I uploaded the cover for this twice (when I fixed the quality), and kind of also regret loading the label since the possibility of a hack forgery came to mind. Any way to get these down?
