Nintendo "NOT FOR RESALE" logo and NDS - Twilight Princess Preview Cart

Dan:

Hey, I'm not sure if this belongs here or not.  Sorry, I'm new at this, but want to help contribute what I can.

Anyway, I've been collecting some promo materials recently and got an Advance Wars: Dual Strike store display copy.  So I want to make an insert that also has the "NOT FOR RESALE" (heh, guess I missed the warning, oops... ;)) on the cover.  I figured I'd just edit the existing cover with the logo.  Anyone have that logo?  Its the red one with the words in a rectangle, but I think there's a elongated red oval version that would be fine, too.

The second one I'm looking to make a cover of is the E3 2005 Twilight Princess Preview cart.  I just got one and would like to have it in a DS case.  Interestingly, the cardboard thingy it is supposed to sit in is EXACTLY the size of the DS manual slot, so that works out perfectly.  I just scanned the card to make it into a cover, but I figure someone else would be better at it than I am.  If someone's up to it, let me know and I'll upload the scans.

1)Yes, you found the right section
2)If you upload good quality scans someone could possibly help you. Without any scans I doubt anyone will come to your aid as those are obscure carts.

Dan:

Okay, I'm not sure if it worked but apparently here it is, also I may have gotten the dpi messed up, please let me know if I need to do it again

Also, as a suggestion, instead of the plain writing on the spine, the TP logo and "Preview Trailer" under it on the cover would probably look a lot better, but you'd probably have to get the logo elsewhere, here's a high quality one

Actually, for the Advance Wars one, all I really need is the "NOT FOR RESALE" logo.  Have you ever seen that around?

Hero's Shade:

How exactly do you get that? The TP preview cart, I mean.

Someone at Nintendo steals/gets the cart from E3 (I think it was E3 2004 that had this cart). Gives/sells to somebody else, possibly a close friend. Repeat like 10 times.

Dan, I didn't check but if I had to guess the dpi is correct. However, your scan looks dotted. From my scanning guide:

1) 300dpi (or higher)
2) Descreen (sometimes called derasterize) if availible
3) Some scanners (like mine) have a way to scan film. This won't work for scanning covers becuase you get a blank space from a different part of the scanner.
