I loath it. Though, I can't say I'm disappointed with how it lead to a physical copy of the game. My friends know me well. ;D

I got the only 2 PSP games that mattered to me, plus a little something extra. I asked a friend of mine to see if he could find a translated rom of Super Adventure Rockman, so I could play it. Turns out the SAR game was never completely translated, so he took it upon himself to get me a physical copy. Plus, he noted, our beloved Forte does not have this game, so as big a collection as he has, at least I can say I have something he does not. That was sweet of my friend.

Not 100% sure if he has the PS version, but I know for sure that he has the Saturn version.

Checking again, and you're right about the Saturn version. But I don't see a Playstation version. Not like I'm gonna rub it in his face or anything. It's a neat thing to have, regardless of whether or not Forte has it. I have no interest in competing with him on that front. Besides, I know I have items in my collection that he doesn't. He doesn't have any of the Remastered Tracks CDs, or the Zx CDs, while I do. But that's not important. My collection is special to me because it's my own, not because I have things others don't.
