Genesis Reproductions (produced manuals?)

Hi everyone.
over at eBay something caught my eye,
many have seen Genesis Reproduction carts on games never released overseas being sold on eBay, but one seller in particular is selling the repros complete with artwork, case AND INSTRUCTION MANUAL!!
Now, artwork and case anyone can do, but Instruction Manuals this is the first i see of them.

but even more interesting, games not released in japan are getting the same treatment as well.




I've yet to contact the seller and ask where the manuals are coming from, i have most of these games (genesis repros) but would like to complete them with manuals, so getting a hold of the manual scans or files would be awesome.
just wanted to share with you all on this discovery since i have not seen it posted. but if anyone has any more info to share please do so..

This interests me a lot.

I know site that sells CIB+M/P versions of NES and SNES games, as well as loose carts, manuals, maps and posters.

i have an update.
i contacted the seller on ebay, and this is what they said about the manuals:

Dear sonicsju,

Unfortunatly I have no idea who/how or if can make them. Im sorry
We
selling them same as we get them from a reseller & and from our customers
trade-ins.
I hope for your understanding that we are unable to sell just
parts (just manual) as it would
leave us with an incomplete item.

so the seller has no idea where the complete repro is coming from, but whoever is providing to this seller is doing a pretty good job.
I'm highly interested in the manuals as that is all i would need to complete the collection, but i understand them not wanting to sell the manual and in-completing the item.

hopefully whoever does these can come forward and share some of that knowledge...
