Labels for SNES backs

Apparently there is no link for downloadin on the top link and it says url is removed on the bottom one. Any ideas...?

On lower I clicked maker's name, which led mwe to his flder which contained the file, which I'm re-upping to my Mediafire asnd linking here in few moments.
