Replace DVD drive for original xbox?

Anyone know where I can get an after-market DVD drive to replace my old one? I have the cheapest one and it will no longer open. :[

Note my xbox is modded by someone else; does that effect anything?

Any help is appreciated... never done this kind of stuff.

buy a cheap xbox and swap out the drive?
they should be real easy to find, the one i basically got for parts was £20

The ones being sold around here go for 40$ and often require to buy their 20 game collection as well which adds up to 70$+ of sport games.

I'll look around for one in the meantime still.
