PS2 & NGC Aspect Ratios?

Iirc, any PS2 title that operates in widescreen must have the option switched on in-game as well. Not sure why the PS2 splash and menu screens have the option to switch between 4:3 & 16:9 since it really only affects JUST the menus ???

Both systems are like 99% 4:3. Just stick with that as your default.
