I know what you're talking about, I have the cart and could scan the label...

You could make a box cover using a Konami template.  It's the same exact image, just shrunken down a little and put behind the grey konami pattern thats on all their games (Castlevania, Contra games, Blades of Steel, etc)

Cannon Fodder is in planning stage waiting for good front image.

We have Jaguar and Genesis versions of the gaame with correct image, but the quality is not up to par.
As soon as I get good front image I'll do the US Vertical.
