I found a good scan of the front, but I cant find the back. I can whip up a custom cover for you.

Everyone's favorite alien-smashing bad boy arrives on Game Boy Color in DUKE NUKEM. In this single-player, side-scrolling action shooter, you play as the man himself as he fends off an extra-terrestrial invasion once again. Duke is going to have a talk with the invading forces Unfortunately for them, Duke tends to let his shotgun do the talking. Collect a veritable arsenal of weapons including a flamethrower and a machine gun to help you make 25 different enemies eat lead. You'll also pilot a couple of different alien vehicles to increase your destructive capabilities as you blast your way through 16 different levels, each with its own colorful backdrop. Do you have what it takes to uphold Duke's alien-busting reputation and save the world again? You can save up to eight files of progress using the game's built-in battery backup.
