Android app

Hello,
I have an idea to create a "NES fan"/"Atari 2600 fan" apps for Android (maybe for other platforms too) which would allow to see a list of games, to set a wallpaper (maybe it will be possible to set "active" wallpaper which would change from time to time, or even live wallpaper) , maybe will provide information about consoles, etc. Yep, there are still many "maybe" words. :) Of course, I need game covers from "The Cover Project" and I was wondering if I could use them. The app will probably contain ads and there will be cheap version without ads (lets say 0.99$). Of course it would be completely free and without ads for all "The Cover Project" members. Plus there is no problem to mention the source of covers in app itself and provide authors of each individual cover. So, my main question is: can I use "The Cover Project" as my source of images? I'm also open to all the suggestions for app itself. :)

Isn't there already an app for nearly every game out there on the iphone?
Edd:
I'm not sure about iPhone, but out of those similar apps which exist in Android Play store, I think I can do much better (not so modest of me, I know ;)). Any names for good similar iPhone apps?
Marcus_CA:
Retro Collector Suite; the best so far.
There's Nintendo Collection, I guess, for Androids. Androids are totally shafted and nothing good is made for them. That app only lists about 700 games in total, from what I last heard.

If you just talking game collection tracking rfgeneration has a pretty good app for android. Lets you track your entire collection at any time from your phone.
