Update: Thanks, in large part, to fellow TCP members (and some early Buy It Now eBay sales), I have managed to raise all the needed funds to file divorce papers for my Brother and clean up a little bit of lingering moving expenses. However, being that I'm kind of an all or nothing guy, the remaining games shall continue to be sold with proceeds going towards Christmas gifts for my family with anything leftover just being saved for a rainy day (or the next time my Brother needs money - LOL).

I've sorted most of the remaining games into lots, but am not tied to the groupings if there's not any bids on them, so if there does happen to be anyone here interested in anything, be sure to let me know. Since I've already raised what was actually needed, I am now able to offer pretty good discounts on multiple game purchases and there's only a handful or so of games that I'd need to be firm on price-wise. Still some excellent games left yet. :)
