N64 Mario Golf and Dr Mario 64

Hi,
I'm looking for the vertical retail covers for the following games on the N64:
Mario Golf
Dr Mario 64
Perhaps some already exists, but I couldn't find them or just don't have access yet.
I noticed though that wiggy made those covers in the white template (I'm looking for the red one). Maybe these could be used as a based.
