so I'm two phases through a little project of mine, now I need the last component...some empty Game Boy, NES, and five empty Famicom cart shells for these labels:

so that way I can pair the cartridges up with these custom boxes (labels and boxes thanks to vladictivo on NintendoAge):

so, if anyone has some empty Famicom carts laying around they could sell me on the cheap, I would appreciate it :)

Forte:

here's how the first one turned out...had an old WWF Wrestlemania with a crap label I didn't mind tearing up (suck on THAT, Hulk Hogan)

original cart:

box with new cart:

and it running on my tv (yes, I have carts for all of these games except Rockman 7, 8 and Forte FC, which either a. only exist on PC or b. don't exist at all ;) ):

Seraph Man:

I've never seen those handheld games before (except Mega Mania, which I thought was a fake, nonworking cart)

You need to share the love, man.

The "Mega Man Mania" cart I have is a pirate 5-1 Rockman World cart, which is as close its gonna get, so I had the box and label made so I can pretend like I have it

as far as the other two, Rockman 8 is a notoriously shitty pirate rom hack of Rockman World 3 that's pretty much unplayable. Rockman Z is a game also called Zook Hero. It's a pirate that combines Classic and X series gameplay, and is actually pretty good (it's a romhack of Rockman World 5). Here is some info about them:

thanks to FritzWhite, I was able to finish my display piece for Mega Man Mania:

shown are the mockup box and GBA cart (donor cart provided by FritzWhite), the player's copy (black cart), and the original pirate cart (gray cart) that housed the original 5-1 used as the base. since Capcom wouldn't release this game, at least pirates made a way to play all 5 games on 1 cart  ;)
