Got TLOZ: A Link to the Past off Club Nintendo for 150 coins.
Are you playing on Wii or the WiiU. I want to know if it can remote play on the cobtroller.

I downloaded it on my wii, using my Gamecube controller.

I am not sure about the Wii U, but I think maybe you can download it to a sd card or something then transfer it to your

If its on the Wuu, then I'm 100% sure you can play on the game pad itself (if that's what you mean)

Actually you can't.  I am 100% certain.  The 150 coin Link to the Past is for Wii, not Wii U.  Therefore it is played on the Wii emulator built into the Wii U and you need to go to the Wii menu, etc.  When in this mode, the gamepad is useless and you need a wii mote.  In this case, to play LttP on a wii u you need a wii mote with a classic controller plugged in.
Eventually, when they release LttP onto Wii U virtual console, you can pay like $3 and upgrade to the Wii U version, which WILL allow you to play on the game pad.
And no, the Wii U pro won't work either, neither will a gamecube controller.  If you don't have a classic controller or classic pro, don't get this if you only plan to use your Wii U

Nintendo really made things difficult by having two different virtual consoles.  (3 if you count the 3DS one) and none of them interchange with each other.  That means any games downloaded to Wii can only be played on Wii, or the Wii emulator on the Wii U.  On Wii U, you can access a Wii menu, which acts like an emulator, playing all Wii games and downloaded titles.  You can even continue to buy VC games and save them on the Wii U harddrive - the catch is you still need a wii mote and classic controller to play.  No Wii U accessories will not work with Wii games.
That said, any titles you have on Wii VC that you would like to upgrade, you can pay a small fee and redownload to the Wii U home page.  There the game will be able to be played via gamepad, pro u controller, etc.  The downside is there are only about30 or so titles available for the Wii U virtual console.

For the Wii U, give it another few years and someone will have a soft mod for it to take care of all your needs.

As for my pickups, I got:

F-Zero GP Legend GBA (free)
Final Fantasy 4 DS
Little Nemo NES
Some car part for me Jetta
And last but not least,
The Lego Star Wars Millinium Falcon set! WOOO!
What are you looking at? You think baby's don't like video games? THEN YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT BABIES!!

Received these over the last few days:

I just can't get used to the weird controls for RE4 on the Gamecube, so I figured I'd try the Wii variant.
The rest are just games I think are worth a shot.
Trauma Team is Atlus, so 'nuf said
Monkey Ball is always fun for the party games.
Wii Party has been done by the Runawayguys (youtube folks), seemed like fun.
Area 51 is sort of an X-files shooter, even has David Duchovney's voiceover.
Kuri Kuri Mix seemed like fun, weird control scheme, using both control sticks for two different characters at the same time it looked like.

I had to sell a kidney but picked up a few rare ones.

Mega Man 7, X2, X3
Alien Soldier for the Mega Drive
Power Strike for the Master system
and a few more Master system games.

I finished a complete Sega CD collection and I am about 10 away from a complete Master System collection.

Nice gets. You should post pics of your collection in the Photo Gallery sometime soon, maybe.

Made a quick run to the local retro store in town, which is in the mall right across from a GameStop. All in all, it was a good night.

BioShock, Call of Duty: MW3 (Hardened Edition...?), and Perfect Dark Zero: Collector's Edition from GameStop
$11 at the local indie (for lack of a better term) store got me Rainbow Six: Vegas, Dark Void, Hitman: Blood Money, and Max Payne. They have a section of all their older 5th-7th gen titles that are buy 3, get 1 so yeah.

I also put in a pre-order for Destiny on the 360 (8th gen consoles don't interest me) but obviously that's not pictured.

also @Kriegspire Area 51 is a pretty good title, cool to see that someone else picked up a copy  :P

Had a pickup at my local game store and gamestop.

Gamestop has a buy 2 get one free for used Wii and DS games.
Kirby 20th anniversary - $20
Castlevania Portrait of Ruin - $15
Golden Sun Dark Dawn - $Free (would have been $15)

Kirby was marked used, but when I opened it when I got home, the game and book inside are still sealed, and there's a "new" sticker on it.  So I made out pretty well on that.

My local gamestore had some good used stuff too.
COD 4 GOTY edition - $5
Glory of Heracles - $4
Gold Wii Classic Pro - $15
Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor *new*- $15

Not bad for about $75 total

After so long they just put the opened games to Used. If they had/have an outer box like your Kirby or my Collector's Edition of Tomb Raider then the insides are usually unopened. Managed to get my TR for 22.49 and "return" the unopened game inside to WalMart for $30 and buy the game itself later in the week from Gamefly used for $16.

I made money on Gamestop and got the collectors edition items.

I was pondering something similar.  But none of my local places have a copy of Kirby, so I'll keep my eyes peeled.
