Slowly going after the last of the snes games that I want. |

Picked this up for $10 in a craigslist deal today. Proud of how the xbox collection has grown in a year. Got this bundle from amazon today. Flipped it at gamestop for $660. I spent $539 so it wasn't really worth the time and effort, but I was stressing out about not being able to recoup my money on this after getting no hits on craigslist posted at $600. I'm just relieved to be rid of the thing. It was all I could do to keep from breaking the seal and playing. Guy at gamestop 'accidentally' gave me $560. As I started to count money the other guy volunteers to count the money because he's "really good at it". Everyone got real quiet when I kept counting. Whole thing was weird. I'm probably not going to try flipping anymore launch consoles after this experience. Found this kiosk outside Gamestop. This thing was a beast to load in and out of my car, but I did it. I might trade it to someone tomorrow for, what else... more videogames :D I would keep it but I don't have a ps3 or any space for this whatsoever |

I was at a thrift shop near me, which usually has nothing worth mentioning. But on my way out the door I noticed this behind the register: A complete, in box model 2 genesis. Everything is there, including the paperwork which was never opened. This system is definitely not brand new, but it looks rarely used, as there isn't a mark on the system itself, and the controller feels right out of the package. The only reason I know it's been used are the wires have been taken out and the controller has some finger print residue. The box is nice to have , but kinda beat up on the sides. As seen in one side, there is a lot of tape and ripped cardboard. Front and back are pretty damn nice, though. It also has a sealed, 3rd party super pad inside. All in all not bad for a whopping $10. They also had Monster Hunter 3 for Wii for $2. Case, but no manual. |

Awesome find Megatron Got these in the mail and added the Super Nintendo power adapter to my boxed SNES to make it complete. Yay Traded a PS3 Kiosk for some games today. I'm probably happiest about the fact that a perfectly good kiosk didn't get destroyed and tossed into a landfill. I'm glad it will be played with by a gamer. The deal was a modded xbox with a ton of retro game emulators, Castevania Bloodlines, and MegaManX in exchange for the kiosk. It was a good trade for us both. Already have MMX so I'll use it for sale or future trade. Have a modded wii already, but I'm really digging having the xbox as another option to play the games I can't afford. Got this at walmart.I feel a compulsion to leave it wrapped in plastic, even though a part of me feels like holding onto sealed games is sort of dumb. |
