I never thought to show you guys this link but it's really neat for people willing to pay. A post forwarding service when US sellers not offering international shipping.

You're looking for the opposite service from either Canada to US or UK to US? Do you live in both countries? X)

UK: http://www.alfasent.com/

Canada pretty much always ships to the United-States for a reasonable price.

I'm in the US, there have been some Amazon 3rd party sellers who wouldn't ship over to the US; but more often it's UK sites that won't (or can't due to a different publishing companies holding the rights to print in the US vs the UK)

Try the UK website I linked you. It might be something you're looking for the UK to US option. I only did about 5-10 minutes of google'ing to find this website so I do apologize if it's not what you're looking for.

I'm in Canada and for US orders I just get it shipped to a UPS store close to the border.

Not really a solution for Euro folks but its a great way for us Canadians to save some $$.

What do you say to the border officer? "Hi, I'm picking up a few packages left at UPS." and I on your way back what do you say? X)

If they ask I just declare what I bought and pay the hst on it as if I had gone and bought it from a store in the states.

Perfectly legal and half the time if the amount is under $100 they don't bother charging you.

I think the handling fee is $5-$10 depending on the size of the package and how long you leave it there.

That's how I will be getting my next order of double wide DVD cases since it's difficult to get the ones I want shipped to Canada.
