Earthbound Uncut

Has anyone heard of Earthbound Uncut?  It's a repro hack of SNES Earthbound.  I first heard of it on eBay.
It says:
Earthbound uncut IS essentially Earthbound, without the Nintendo of America Edits/Censorship in it. 

What censorship is he talking about?  I assume that the Jap and US versions would be different, but unsure if it's worth playing.  right now Uncut is going for a little less than half the price of the official copy.  FOr someone who doesn't have his physical copy anymore, I am intrigued by this.

Yeah, I figured as much.  But being unfamiliar with much of Mother/EB mythos etc. I didn't know exactly what "changes" meant.  For all I knew, blood was added, or there was some severe plot changes to coincide w Nintendo of America standards.
