This is correct Finnish

--- Quote from: Dr.Agon on October 14, 2013, 10:10:32 AM ---olet upeimmat henkilö koko maailmassa! (translation by google translate)

--- End quote ---

This however has translation error.
In Finnish one you and many you are different. Same as in Swedish and Spanish.

Upeimmat is for many you. Olette upeimmat henkilöt maailmassa.
Correct form is upein. Olet upein henkilö maailmassa.

Thank you any way, but I don't know am I the prettiest person in the world. ( or most wonderful or most magnificent).

BACK ON THE HIGH PEDESTAL!

good god what have i begun?!

glad the Finnish supplied by my friend, (who is married to a Finn) was correct, the one i asked google translate to translate was supposed to read;

"you are the most amazing person in the whole world!"

im happy that you liked it anyway!

Yeah I understood it, the thing is that Finnish separates "you" in to single form and plural form.

Single you: Sinä ->  verb ends with T
Plural you: Te -> verb ends TTE

Plural form can be used also for single person as an (old) polite form of addressing person of higher statute. (I think German uses this too).
But even then te is used for you instead of sinä. = can't mix the forms.

I think German and Spanish also separate the end for all 6 forms of persons (I, you, he/she, we, you, they) so it's not necessary to use I, you, he/she, we, you, they as you can tell it from the ending oif the verb.

Solo per le risate

Solo por las risas

If you try to tell "Just for fun"

Solo per divertimento (Italian)  :P

Solo por diversion (Spanish)  :P

Exact form I was trying to say was: Just for the laughts.

EPÄJÄRJESTELMÄLLISTYTTÄMÄTTÖMYYDELLÄNSÄKÖHÄNKÄÄN. ;)

And that is non-combination word unlike yours.
In Finnish you can do endless combination words.

--- End quote ---

Is that for real a word?  :P

--- End quote ---

Yes, but I don't think it can be really used in a sentence, nor can it be easily translated.

--- Quote from: Arseen on June 01, 2011, 06:30:15 AM ---FINNISH:

epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydellänsäköhänkään =48 letters

Translation goes something like this:
[Asking while expressing double (serious) doubt] so not even with his/her most disorganization causing way

Or replace disorganization with methodicalness breaking

Not spot on, but can't get it any better.

BTW: Base word is järjestelmällisyys (methodicalness) (or järjestelmä (system) or järjestys (order) depending how much you want to backtrack) rest are pre- and postfixes.  ;D
BTW2: nearly impossible to use in sentence.
BTW3: Probably too many pre- and postfixes to be accepted in GBWR, it used to be there though in bit shorter form-
BTW4: Sweden had in GBWR combination word of 120+ letters, but Finnish could probably beat that.  ;D

 :o

in spanish the longest word is "anticonstitucionalmente"= 23 letters

in Italian the longest is "psiconeuroendocrinoimmunologia" = 28 letters

lol
