Request - Multiple GB GBC Cases - DS or POLY size

Hello,
I am in need of the following cases. If someone can either A) Make them, or B) provide me with RAWS so i can make them, i would greatly appreciate it.
All are original Game Boy (US or German PAL would be acceptable)
* Bart Simpsons Camp Deadly
* Kirby Dream World
* Battle City

Nope. Kirby Dream World. Its the name of the game in Germany i think.

Nope it's Kirby's Dream Land there too (I have the manuals of both 1 and 2)
Only 2 Kirby Dream World things I found were MMORPG and fansite
