NEW Segamer 2.0 NES Covers Limited

I am going to explore making 10 new NES covers for the Cover Project. I hope to do one a week. First off, I'm looking for the most desired and needed covers & intend to do 100% retail in addition to a Cover Project spine version.  So, go ahead and post your most desired NES cover and answer the following information:

Does the site already have this cover? If so, why is it needed?

Do we have a proper scan for the cover? If so, include it.

Requests with scans are more likely to be considered but ultimately, I may let the cover project vote on it. I don't know, lets see how this goes.

If I had more time on my hands, I wouldn't mind. However, for now, I'm going to just do these 10 covers once I figure out what everyone wants. By the way, I'll be back on the cover project on Monday Sept 30th to see what members are interested in.

Hi, welcome back. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a stab at the retail covers for Dragon Warrior and Zelda2. Dragon Warrior "Nintendo Entertainment System" spine logo is not white around "Nintendo" like the other NES covers. The retail Zelda2 has a larger NES spine logo than the other covers. Thank you



I could probably just add some white to the Dragor Warrior NES spine logo myself, but I don't know how to resize the logo on Zelda2.

Just copy and paste a NES spine from another cover, then copy and paste a square of the gold field over the remainder of the old NES spine sticking out. A ding dang do.

Some of the games id like to see redone (mainly because they are low quality)

Wrath of the Black Manta

I don't mind the pictures. but all the other elements could be at least recreated etc. (meaning atleast i dont have any better scans available)

A while ago I made a slightly cleaned up Zelda II.  I made the spine universal and changed the gold to match the color used on the high quality LoZ.  It is by no means great, but for me it's a much nicer place holder on my shelf that the one on the site until someone with real skill makes a new one

If you only do ten then I would recommend really rare stuff but then again we need scans which are difficult to come by.

I would say go ahead and post the desired cover regardless of rarity as I do have some good local resources to obtain some of these rare scans.

- Defender of the Crown
- Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (Ubisoft)

Unfortunately, I do not have scans for any of these
