You should order 200.  It makes the cost per case more reasonable.

It will cost you about $1.15 a case to get 200 to Ottawa.

Keep in mind you are shipping a large package a pretty far distance. 

Also the fed ex charge covers the HST.

No real breaks on 2 cartons. Shipping for 2 cartons is $71.15.  FedEx Trade Network fees are $48.75.
 
No they do not have hooks for manuals.  Although I’m told you can place a thin one inside.

It's pretty much the same if I buy 2 cartons now than later and damn, I thought the newer ones had some sort of manual hook

Part of the cross boarder fee is flat no matter how many boxes you get. 

Ive ordered 200 twice. It's the best qty to get IMO.

The one time that I considered buying 200 at once it turned out to be pretty much the same cost of 100 plus shipping, times two.

No incentive to buy more then 100 at a time for myself here in Maine. After shipping I pay about 87 cents per UGC.

Yeah, for me I'd save about 5$ for spending an other 120$ so I'll just get 100 for now.
