I am using Red River Paper 50lb. Premium Matte C2S 8.5x14 photo paper.  It's thicker then normal paper but not card stock.  I was thinking about hitting the whole thing with some matte sealer but might just see how it holds up for now.

I really like the idea of game carts being collected together like this. I'd go even further and print the boxes on semi-glossy paperboard, using hot glue or double-sided tape to hold it together.

These trilogy boxes look awesome! I bet they are also a lot easier to make than trilogy boxes using UGCs, especially since there is no rivets and hot gluing involved
