I don't know if there's one floating around yet, I did some searching, but couldn't find anything.
If I missed it, I'm sorry. It's a custom cover request since I can't find any images of the back side.

Since there's a raw gamecube cover of it on the site:

Feel free to use that as a template. I'd like it to have regular DS case dimensions.
