Best Canadian printers for quality?
Marcus_CA:
This topic have probably been discussed endlessly so I do apologize for the redundancy.
I'm looking for a Canadian reseller that can sell "the best" printing quality printer out there for under 200$. I'll be using semi-gloss legal-size paper for those curious. http://paperworks.com/store/products/paperworks-inkjet-2-side-semi-gloss-8-12x11-48lb180g-50pkg
I found this from Staples:
Up to 600 x 600 x 2 dpi (1200 dpi effective output) print quality: http://www.staples.ca/en/Printers/cat_CG2615_2-CA_1_20001
I know nothing about printers and hoped someone can help me out here if there are better printers out there. And tell me if I got the wrong sized paper for universal game case from mediashelving... There's a 8 1/2x14 size paper as well but 10$ more per 50 page.
Thank you so much!

Legal size paper would be good (A4 works perfect too), but the paper you linked is Letter size which is too small.
print quality is more down to paper, than printer so pretty much any inkjet printer works just fine as long as you use semigloss paper.

Thanks for the swift reply Arseen :) I assume ink itself doesn't matter as well as long as it does the job?
I'd have to do A4 as paperworks only offers up to that size and well, semi-gloss is pretty hard to find apparently?

just one question, don't matter if the ambient is hot, i the room where i have the cases with cover have a temperature a little bit high, the ink wouldn't pass to the plastic of the case?.
I live in the Caribbean :P, in my case is better a Laser printer?

This link you gave links to Legal size paper which works perfect.
And I think you're the first person who manages to find Legal size semi-gloss. Congratulations.
And no, ink does not matter that much.
