That might depend on whether you count existing covers that are currently being improved/re-made to match closer to 100% retail.

If I had to pick one I'd say closer to 100% to original retail box art and labels:)

There are so many NES games and the boxes are so old, I think it will be a long time before that section is 100%. With N64 it took a long time even though games are only 10-15 years old and there were less than 300. I hope it happens but I don't think it will be done anytime soon.

US SNES label takes just few minutes if you have example and material at hand. PAL AJP SNES labels take maybe bit more but not much.

If you have perfect quality artwork available (no cleaning or too much rearranging needed) and can copy/paste back text from somewhere and have example available, SNES US Vertical takes 10-15 minutes.

But that are just optimal case.

Usually Vertical takes hour minimum. Or until someone provides good enough raw material which might be years if ever.

Just throwing this out there... but I feel like I don't ever know what this site actually needs... I get a new boxed game and go check the hosted files, If its not there I will scan it and post the raws.  The thing is, the artwork may never get used, or if it does, may never get hosted on the site.  I know I scanned Liberty of Death for the SNES months ago and posted the raws on the site.  There is no hosted artwork for it still so I don't know if anyone ever used it of if they did its probably buried in some thread somewhere.  I know the admins require a very high level of quality before they host them and thats great but at the same time I can easily point out hosted artwork that looks like complete shit and yet it got uploaded and hosted.  I don't really know what the answer is but it is kind of discouraging, like do I really want to take the time to scan these? Will anyone actually use them?  Just some thoughts.  I would like to contribute more raws but as far as I know, everything I got is probably scanned and sitting in someones box.net account unused.

Not again....

Well, anybody new to the site only knows what's presented on the cover. If half the features on the menu bar don't work then they should be removed.

What TCP has is a toolbox with all the places for the tools labeled, but no actual tools.
My DS Cover Requests: Anno 1701, A Witch's Tale, A Witch's Wish, Black Sigil, Dynasty Warriors, Flower Sun and Rain, Mage Knight Destiny's Soldier, n+, Time Ace

I think he was talking about this line in particular.

Yawn!
