hi there. times ago a forum appeared for that and a lot of extremely well made covers appeared there. Then forum died and the author disappeared too. I also disappeared for a while and miss the contact ! I only miss some covers to print. Anyone saved them all ? some links ? many thanks in advance. Kind regards. Max |
