IMO Street Fighter Alpha 2 & 3 and X-Men Vs. Street Fighter on the Sega Saturn. Hell even Puzzle fighters too if you wanna count that. |

Street fighter 2 and street fighter 2 turbo on the snes both hold a special place in my heart. Sure there are better versions (ps2 for example) but the nostalgia wins out on these. |
