Wii U Price cut/Zelda

According to Amazon, it is a code. But they could easily be wrong. I can see Nintendo going either way. My 3DS XL came bundled with Mario Kart 7, but other systems, Like Xbox 360, give you a code to download the game. So I guess we'll have to wait and see.

all videos i seen about this was saying a code for the game and the Hyrule Historia book

I agree both game and historia are downloadable codes on the wiiu zelda bundle

Considering that the game will be available for download about a week before physical copies are released, it wouldn't surprise me if the console comes with codes.
In other news, I got my hands on A Link Between Worlds and it is fucking awesome. It's just like LttP, but with some great new mechanics and much faster paced.
