So on my Nintendo fan I was talking with one of my Australian fans, and Between the 2 of us this is the info I came up with. On Australian vs USA game Prices! What do you guys think of my findings. I know min wage is different in each state, but from my understanding min wage is 16 dollars an hour  in Australia period!

That's all depending on the age. Minimum wage for a sixteen year old is like 7 dollars, it's next to nothing. Australia has its perks but it is a lot more expensive, and to get some of the products America has, some games and Universal Game Cases costs ridiculous amounts for shipping :(

ok so I looked into what you where talking about but as soon as your 20 my chart does start to apply!
under 16 years:  $6.03
         16 years:     $7.74
         17 years:     $9.46
         18 years:     $11.18
         19 years:     $13.51
         20 years:     $16.00

as for every thing being more expensive well I've done my research there as well Prices are generally a bit less then double what we pay for an Item in the USA. but with your min wage of 16 an hour compared to our minimum wage of 8 dollars an hour no matter what age you are. if we compared hourly minimum wages to the prices of say a can of coke in the us it would be about a dollar in a store but it would 1.20 in Autralia. So basically you would be spending a much smaller percentage of one hours pay compared to someone working minimum in the USA. yes the Prices in Australia, but you generally make more then enough to make up for it. at least with the several Items I've compared!

It looks closer right now because the AUD has taken a nosedive compared to the USD over the last 6 months ... I'm surprised the gaming companies haven't upped the AUD price as they are actually getting "less" out of each AUD sale than they would have 6 months ago.

Most of that is fairly accurate, some things are a bit off. A cold can of coke can cost anywhere between $1.50 to $2.50. It's pretty crappy when I look in comparison but I think, along with minimum wage, the average wage would also be higher. How I wish I could import with no shipping charges.
