ive had a go at cleaning them - not too bad, but you might still want to rescan - using the descreen option. Also give the scanner bed and the inserts a wipe with a soft dry cloth before scanning as there were lots of artifacts on them.
For what its worth - Here's the cleaned ones (full size in my box.net)
