--- Quote from: JDavis on August 22, 2013, 08:22:38 PM ---The 100% retail spine of City Connection has the text going the other way. Here it is in a scan with a bunch of other spines. It's like that on both sides, unfortunately. Bugs the heck outta me on my shelf :D Not sure if any other Jaleco games are like that.

I also don't know if City Connection was ever released with the oval seal. Mine's got the circle seal with the inside black, and no seal on the back of the box.

Those detail aside, these are fantastic. ;D

when working on the cover .. do with the original base over 70% opacity..

Okay, cool. I didn't realize they had updated the box at some point after mine was made. My box was used by AlmightyWolf to make the cover on the site. Here's what it looks like:

Front

Spine (bottom one in the image) ... I linked to the wrong URL earlier.

Now that I do a google image search, I see plenty photos with the box like the one you based your cover on. I had only seen my box before that didn't match it.

The two versions do not change much .. so change the seal and in most of them the MADE IN JAPAN .. I do not know why the two versions may difference from year to launch and relaunch..

'm basically redoing all the covers .. with the name of spine starting at the top starting from 300 pixels to maintain an aesthetic pattern between the covers and better visualization on the shelf .. and maintaining the image of the original cover only giving a slight adjustment ..
