Oh crap, I think I misread it. I thought it was a custom controller for $30. If it's just some plastic bits then this deal is lame.

It looks like a new controller to me:

I check the site on this groupon deal basic set up you get a front color shell from the selection on the groupon picture: gold, chrome blue, digital camo and among other colors and also included is a light mod on the bottom bumper of the controller red ,green orange or blue light. But the custom back shell is not included and it ranges in prices as well from $6-$15 bucks  

Any other custom shtz you want to add is extra ... So you get for $30 a refurbish controller standard button and standard back shell with custom front shell ( whatever is available)

Warranty is extra also $3 for 3 months up to $14 for 2 years

and you pay taxes if you live in florida or california
