I have a handful of CIB Genesis games, and they come with both white and gray "Genesis" spines. I just guess that when custom covers were being made it was done at the artist discretion.

The Red color does vary allot between covers. Some games have darker reds than others.
The biggest reason I have the Genesis Boxes is how little consistency there is.

At first glance ...
The SEGA logo's white outline should be changed to be like this one
Note the pointed corners.

There is also a small gap between the GENESIS text and drop shadow.

Also there is a small bit of dirt around the horses foot overlapping the SKU. The text is a little pixelated on it as well. The type face is wrong on it as well.

I'll post a good way to touch up SKUs in a second.

You may want to retype the smaller text under the 1 Player box, its a bit pixelated.

The image could probably use a bit saturation/ contrast raise, but is clean.

Lookin good overall though.

4) Stretch a small row (Width) to the full Height
5) Done!

1980coelho - Answering your question before, there is one Genesis game with an E rating.  It's Frogger.



The ESRB switched from K-A to E in the middle of 1997. Frogger is the last officially released Genesis game and the only game to be released in 1998.
