Turbo graphx fans, I need help

I picked up Street Fighter 2 on PC Engine, and the seller did not ship the game properly. They sent it in a regular envelope and the HuCard is bent. I have to hold down the game in the slot, and all I get is garbage, everything is corrupted. I have cleaned the pins and it got this far. Is the card borked?

topic title says turbo graphx, then you say PC engine version, incompatibility issues?

PC board is likely cracked, and many components/traces along with it.  What a numbnuts

Does anyone know how to disassemble the card? Its one of the larger cards

I dons think there's anything to disassemble.  The board is under the black plastic tape.  There's nothing under the raised bit.   You can use brute force to remove the sticky black stuff, but if it isn't completely wrecked already, it will be afterwards.

Since it is hopeless, I purchased another copy, this time from a trusted seller.

At least I have a card sleeve now.
