August 2013 Pickups! - Breaking bad and shark week too!

I was rather proud of this pick up just for the clean up job I did on it.  The guy who owns one of my favorite indie game stores was having a buy 2 get 2 free sale, this was one of my free ones, been meaning to pick it up, but always saw this copy and just thought it was way too dirty for me.  But for free, I accepted the challenge.

It's one of the most intense jobs I've ever done, and the most successful.  I guess I've had practice.  Thanks to Wiggy and others on the site for helping me learn how to do this!  Took some before and afters for posting.

That custom made PPU sounds really promising. Now the question remains if the price will be really reasonable.

I'm sure it'll be more reasonable than hunting the endangered species that is the NES arcade PPU

The XBox came with composite video cables and one S controller (in rough shape), but no power cord... but it uses a very standard power cord so I was quickly able to find one and hook it up to test it. Works fine. Never had the original XBox, and I'm debating whether to flip it or keep it and softmod it.

Picked these up at half priced books the other day. I did not know they had games, but was surprised to see these. The carts themselves are in excellent shape.

I also picked this up on eBay the other day for a good price.

Well, I bought a N64 (with two controllers, with SM64, Banjo-Kazooie and Diddy Kong Racing...I just forgot to take a photo =P).


and...Pac-Man World 2 and 3 for PS2. =)


and I'll avoid talk about prices, for not happen the confusion with the Real as the last time. XD ... like, maybe some things are surprisingly expensive for you guys, and here are just in the mean. =P

Picked up my Xillia Collector's Edition and Dragon's Crown for Vita yesterday. The manager gave me 2 Art books and his email address when I told him if I had an extra, I would tear it apart to scan it.

The damned Xillia box is huge. Its close to half the size of my B2 Loot chest box.
