| August 2013 Pickups! - Breaking bad and shark week too! |

I found a bag of carts at a church-sponsored yard sale, in one of those 1-gallon Ziploc bags Written on the side was 'Nintendos 25$'. The bag was really dirty, both inside and out. I pointed this out, and was offered 10$ off the price, which I very gladly paid. What was in it? The pokemon games alone make it worth it! I tested and cleaned all of them - like I said, the bag was FILTHY. Foreman For Real doesn't work at all, but one dud out of 29 is a pretty good ratio! |

The one that didn't work you can use it as a doner cartridge for other game maybe |

Just open it and clean it thoroughly! I never heard of a broken GB game exc ept if it was physically damaged. These carts are built for eternity! |

If it was Link's Awakening or something I'd still be trying desperately to make it work... I showed it to a friend, who says, just like you did, that Game Boy games work forever. He concluded that it was a bootleg - the label has Japanese letters on it, and the label is missing those silver bars on the side. I don't know if there's any truth to that - seems an unlikely game to bootleg in the first place! |
