I myself dont have a TG16, but Bonk is one of the games I want for that system. I remember my family had it back in the day, but it ended up being sold.

A friend and I made a journey to thrift stores and used game shops yesterday, so I thought I'd share my findings. These pieces are combined with some items I snagged off of ebay recently. My apologies for the potato-ass-cell phone pictures.

NES Games (Cart Only)
  • Bad Dudes ($4 from game store)
  • DuckTales ($10 from game store)
  • Final Fantasy ($10 from game store)
  • Castlevania Trilogy ($35 from ebay)

SNES Games (Cart Only)
  • Aladdin ($10 from game store)
  • Final Fantasy II ($20 from game store)

N64 Games (Cart Only)
  • Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire ($5 from game store)
  • Super Smash Bros. ($40 from game store)

Genesis Games (Complete in Box)
  • The Berenstein Bears ($4 from Goodwill) (Because why not LOLZ)
  • Sonic the Hedgehog ($2 from Goodwill) (There was no cart inside, so I bought the case and manual and placed a loose copy of Sonic 1 inside)
  • Sunset Riders ($4 from Goodwill) (Holy shit)
  • Not shown: Aladdin, Animaniacs and Ecco the Dolphin (also $4 each from Goodwill) (I bought them for my friend since he'd run out of cash by that point and he paid me back later in UGCs)

Game Boy Games (Cart Only)
  • Castlevania: The Adventure ($5 from game store)
  • Mega Man IV ($45 from ebay) (Sure, I could've held out for a cheaper price, but I wanted my MM GB collection finished)

Game Boy Color Games (Cart Only)
  • Mega Man Xtreme ($10 from ebay)
  • Mega Man Xtreme 2 ($10 from game store)

Game Boy Advance Games (Cart Only)
  • Castlevania: Circle of the Moon ($10 from game store)
  • Mega Man Zero 3 ($10 from game store)

SNES Games (Cart Only)
  • Aladdin ($10 from game store)
  • Final Fantasy II ($20 from game store)

Playstation 1 (Complete in Box)
  • Final Fantasy VIII ($9 from game store) (To finish off my PS1 FF collection)
  • Parasite Eve 2 ($20 from game store)

Playstation 2 (Complete in Box)
  • Guitar Hero III ($2.50 from thrift store) (Maybe it'll be playable with a controller other than the shitty PS3 Les Paul)

Wii Games (Complete in Box)
  • Metroid: Other M ($8 from game store) (Haven't owned this one yet, so I fixed that by picking up a used copy) (Because FUCK this game still being full-price regardless of when it came out)

Not Shown: NDS Games (Case & Manual Only)
  • 2 shovelware games ($2 each from Goodwill) (Carts were missing, but they are official cases and have GBA slots inside)

Not Shown: Dreamcast Game (Disc & Manual Only)
  • Sonic Adventure 2 ($1.30 from thrift store) (I'm keeping the manual, but I don't need 2 copies of the game, so I plan to offload that at some point)

Also, I picked this beast up last month but never followed through with pictures, so here they are...

One of my wife's teachers posted on Facebook that she was getting rid of an exercise bike for the SNES, and anyone that wanted it was welcome to it. So we jumped on it, spending nothing for the Exertainment other than gas money. However, it needs a bit of cleaning and the seat needs to be fixed (the bolt thingy which would normally be used to adjust the seat's height and lock it in place is missing). It also did not come with the adapter box or any of its required cables. Sigh. I guess I'll just have to wait and luck out to find those.

Sheep, I looked online and they only list it used for $29.99. I'll go by the store tomorrow and if they still have it for $8.

Garage sale pickup this morning.  $20 for the lot.

Everything tested and working.  I'm gonna flip MMX and LttP as I already have them.  Been looking to pick up Turtles in Time forever so I'm excited about the bargain.

Okay, this post probably makes no sense to anyone but us Finns, but here we go anyway. You Americans had Nintendo Power, we had Nintendo-lehti (Nintendo magazine). Full of reviews, tips & tricks and game reviews - and even a pen pal column! I lost all my copies somewhere along the way - gonna look for them at some point when I visit my dad's house - but now I was able to pick up this folder decorated with Nintendo stickers and 10 such magazines for a cheap price at a local auction site. It's such a nostalgic blast to the past.

Unfortunately this was one of those deals that you had to jump on the first day that the sale went live. It's been sold out for about two weeks now.
